Thoughts in, illumination out
A second brain
you talk to.
The trip you are half-planning. The film that stayed with you. Your grandmother's cheesecake. Say it once, the way it comes out, and Lumeo files it, connects it to everything else you have told it, and gives it back when you ask.
- Kyoto: one slow week, not three cities
- Past Lives. Quiet, and it wrecked me.
- Grandma's cheesecake, 500 g twaróg, 3 eggs
- Project Hail Mary: Rocky is the best part
- Anna would love a pottery class
- App idea: plant reminders
- Fix the bike brakes before Saturday
- 5 km under 30 minutes by May
- Annual plan: two months free
- That episode about old maps
- The Douro red from Marta's dinner
- A cabin with a wood stove, one day
Say it messy
Talk the way you think.
Get back a note you would have written.
Ramble, restart, trail off. Lumeo drops the ums, gives the thought a title and tags, writes the summary and pulls out anything you need to do.
Trips, weekends, the renovation, the birthday you cannot forget again.
What you thought of the film, the book, the restaurant, while you still remember why.
The family ones nobody wrote down, and the tweak that finally made it work.
Half-formed, at the wrong moment, in the car. Exactly when you cannot type.
What they love, what they mentioned once, what you promised them.
Pulled out of whatever you said, with the dates you mentioned.
The loop
Careless thoughts go up.
Bright ideas come back.

Say it once
Tap the orb and talk. No form to fill in, nothing to organise.

It finds its neighbours
Each thought lands next to the ones it belongs with, because they are about the same thing.

New ideas are born
Where thoughts cluster, Lumeo proposes the idea between them. Keep it or let it go.
Constellation
Lumeo remembers
what you forgot.
In March you said Anna would love a pottery class. In June you walked past a studio. In July she mentioned a bakery. Ask for a gift idea in December, and the dots are already joined.
Ask
Ask your own memory a question.
Lumeo answers from your notes and nothing else. No web search, no confident invention. Every answer shows the thoughts it was built from, so you can open them and check. When your notes do not cover it, it says so.
A pottery class. You noted in March that she would love one, and in June that there is a studio on Rose St.
Where your thoughts live
Plainly, without the marketing.
Lumeo holds unusually personal things, so here is exactly what happens to them.
- Your notes are kept on your phone and backed up to your account, so losing a phone does not lose your thinking.
- Your voice is transcribed securely. Audio is streamed for transcription, and the recording is not kept.
- A transcription passes through the system and comes back structured, with a title, tags and a summary shaped by your earlier notes and the way you write.
- The backup is encrypted with a key of your own, kept outside the database, so a stolen copy of it is unreadable.
- We can still read your notes, because Lumeo has to in order to summarise them and answer your questions. We would rather say so than imply otherwise.
- Everything is encrypted in transit, then processed so that it can be useful to you.
